great location complimentary snacks free drinks poor drainage unfixed shower missing hooks
the location was fantastic with many attractions nearby i could easily walk to. the complimentary snacks available almost all day were very convenient. all drinks in the in-room fridge were complimentary and replenished daily i appreciated that very much.
the shower didn't drain well it was a problem. the hotel never fixed the shower i reported it. there are no hooks to hang anything on i found it inconvenient.

poor drainage broken light
the staff was helpful. complimentary drinks and pastries kept costs down.
The bathroom shower drained poorly. I reported it but no one fixed it. water got all over the floor if i wasn't careful. also, one light didn't work, and that also wasn't repaired . it was a bit annoying, honestly.
